Aluminium is a silvery-white, soft, nonmagnetic and ductile metal in the boron group. By mass, aluminium makes up about 8% of the Earth’s crust; it is the third most abundant element after oxygen and silicon and the most abundant metal in the crust

Aluminium-UBC-Scrap

Taint Tabor( Briquetted , loose , hammel , cut sheared , HRB )

Shall consist of clean, old alloy aluminium sheet of 2 or more alloys, free of foil, venetian blinds, castings, hair wire, screen wire, food or beverage containers, radiator shells, aeroplane sheet, bottle caps, plastic, dirt, and other non-metallic items. Oil and grease not to total more than 1%, Up to 10% Tale permitted.

Tense( shredded tense , tense , crushed tense)

Shall consist of all clean aluminium castings with may contain auto and aeroplane castings but no ingots, and to be free of iron, brass, dirt and other non-metallic items. Oil and grease not to total more than 2%.

Wheels( whole wheels , crushed wheels)

Shall consist of clean, single-piece, unplated aluminum wheels of a single specified alloy, free of all inserts, steel, wheel weights, valve stems, tires, grease and oil and other non-metallic items.

Talk

Shall consist of clean aluminium and copper radiators and/or aluminium fins on copper tubing, free of brass tubing, iron and other foreign contamination.

Litho

To consist of 1000 and / or 3000 series alloys, to be free of paper, plastic, excessive linked sheets, and any other contaminents. Minimum size 8 cm in any direction.

Turnings

Shall consist of clean, un corroded aluminum borings and turnings of two or more alloys and subject to deductions for fines in excess of 3%through a 20 mesh screen and dirt, free iron, oil, moisture and all other non-metallic items. Material containing iron in excess of 10%and/or free magnesium or stainless steel or containing highly flammable cutting compounds will not constitute good delivery.

Extrusion

Clean aluminium extrusion including mixed mill finish, painted and anodised extrusion.Material should be free of zinc, iron, felt, plastic, paper, cardboard, dirt or other contaminents.

Aluminium ingots with different specifications

Aluminium Ingots are produced through the smelting process. Various grades of ingots are produced which are used for production of castings in Auto Industry as well as electrical applications. Ingots of various dimensions with maximum purity of 99.7%. Ingots are the material that is cast into a shape suitable for further processing. Ingots usually require a second procedure of shaping, such as cold/hot working, cutting, or milling to produce a useful final product.
